- 3:1 ratio of water to cold pressed olive oil
- Raw apple cider vinegar or lemon juice-to taste
- Italian herbs-to taste
- Fresh garlic cloves, crushed-to taste
Mix together water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, crushed garlic and Italian herbs. Let sit overnight if possible.
Variation: try adding a tsp or more of turmeric, dry mustard powder and a little stevia if you prefer a sweet dressing.
