Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns due to our error or to manufacturer defect. Please notify us within ten (10) days of receipt of goods. No returns are accepted without prior authorization or after 30 days.
We will also accept return of unopened and unused product within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must call or e-mail for prior approval and a RMA (Return Mechanize Authorization) before returning any items. No returns are accepted without prior approval and are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. Once your return has been approved, we will send you a mailing label. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days.
