- 2 avocados
- ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
- ⅓ - ½ cup cold pressed olive oil (you can use less oil and some water)
- 2 - 4 garlic cloves
- Italian herbs (dried or fresh)
Blend avocados, lemon juice, olive oi, garlic, and Italian herbs together in blender, adding water if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
