I understand that Arise & Shine products are dietary supplements formulated for Cleansing and nutritional support. The statements made regarding all Arise & Shine products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. All sales are FOB (Freight on Board) Anacortes, Washington.
Orders placed before Noon Pacific time generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after Noon Pacific time Monday through Thursday or 11am Pacific Time on Fridays will ship the next business day. All orders are shipped USPS, FedEx or UPS Ground as specified by you. USPS Priority Mail is very reliable and generally delivers in 2 or 3 business days within the Continental USA. However, these shipping times are not guaranteed. Guaranteed expedited shipping* such as next day, second or third day delivery is only available via UPS and FedEx.
*UPS Expedited orders must be received by 11am Pacific Time for next and second day delivery.
All orders are shipped FOB Anacortes, Washington 98221 USA. Methods of payment include VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check or money order. Please allow 72 hours for order processing. Your purchase is accepted for refund on unopened and unused product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please call or e-mail for prior approval (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval and may incur a 25% restocking fee. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

International Customers, please take special note:
You, the customer are fully responsible for any and all Duties, VATS, tariffs, Customs Fees and losses during shipment. Arise & Shine cannot estimate any additional fees that may be imposed by the Country of Destination or handling companies en route. You, the customer, accept full responsibility for your shipment from Arise & Shine to your address outside of the United States of America. Any and all claims and/or refunds due to the non-delivery or confiscation of this shipment once accepted by the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FED EX or other) are relinquished.
Please note Fed Ex and UPS also often charge a Customs handling fee which maybe $25 or more USD.
UK and EU Customers please take special note that all orders shipped into the UK and EU must be valued greater than $190 USD due to recent changes in VAT collections policies. Orders placed for less than $190 will be refunded.
