Ingredients
- 1 fresh or frozen banana
 - 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
 - 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries and/or strawberries
 - ¾ cup pineapple juice or large piece of fresh pineapple
 - Juice of 1 lime
 - Garnish with a sprig of mint

 - 3 tbsp frozen acai berries
 - 3 tbsp golden flax seeds
 - 1 tbsp goji berries
 - 1 young coconut (water and pulp)
 - 2 pitted dates
