Note: to be consumed only occasionally while in early phases of cleansing as it will slow down the cleansing process.

 

Soaked Almonds

Water

Flavor of Choice (organic vanilla, orange extract, cinnamon, etc)

 

Add almonds and water to blender in 2 to 1 ratio (i.e. 2c almonds, 4c water) and liquefy, add flavor to taste.

 

 

The Arise & Shine Morning Smoothie

 

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen raspberries

¾  cup pineapple juice

Juice of 1 lime

1 heaping Tablespoon Great Greens™

Give the above a whirl in your blender for a special nutrition packed get up and go breakfast!

Makes two 12 oz servings.

 

Deluxe Morning Smoothie Additions: 

3 Tablespoons frozen acai berries

3 Tablespoons golden flax seeds

1 Tablespoon goji berries

1 young coconut (water and pulp)

2 pitted dates

 

 

Green Smoothie

 

4 to 6 oz water

Hand full greens (red leaf lettuce or chard)

2 stalks celery

½ avocado

½ green apple or 1 small tomato

1-3 teaspoons Great Greens powder

Juice of ½ lime

Little fresh basil or cilantro

 

 

Citrus Smoothie

 

8 oz fresh organic orange juice

4 oz fresh organic pineapple juice

1 organic banana (frozen or fresh)

1-3 teaspoons Great Greens™
 

 

Coconut Heaven

6 oz organic coconut milk

1 organic banana (frozen or fresh)

Hand full organic berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)

2-4 oz fresh organic orange juice

Agave to sweeten if desired

Apple Juice Smoothie

8 oz fresh organic apple juice

1 organic banana (frozen or fresh)

Hand full organic berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)

Vitamin C Smoothie

 

1 organic banana

1 organic kiwi

1 organic orange

Hand full soaked raw organic almonds (careful almonds slow cleansing!)

½ t organic cold pressed flax oil

1-3 teaspoons Great Greens™
 

 

Fruit Smoothie

 

1 banana

1 kiwi

1 mango

1cup fresh berries

4-6 ice cubes

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Mix until desired consistency.  Serves 1-2.

 

 

Power Smoothie

 

2 pears

2 peaches

1 Banana

1 orange, peeled

1 cup water

Large handful of greens…romaine, kale, spinach etc…

 

Combine all ingredients in blender and mix to desired consistency.
