Throughout the entire cleansing process, Psyllium Husk Powder and Hydrated Bentonite are the key ingredients used to make Arise & Shine's Cleanse 28 and Cleanse 7 Cleansing Shakes. Psyllium Husk Powder is a fibrous bulking agent that sweeps toxic buildup out of the intestines*. Hydrated Bentonite has long been used for both internal and external detoxification because of its highly absorptive properties, and is ideal for drawing out and binding toxins. Together they sweep through the intestinal tract binding and removing loosened mucoid plaque and other debris as they exit the body.*
Suggested Intake:
To make the cleansing shake, add 1 packet Hydrated Bentonite and 10 oz water to a shaker jar, shake gently until mixed. Then add 1 packet Gourmet Psyllium Husk Powder and shake vigorously until thoroughly blended. Drink immediately, as the shake will thicken. Always drink an additional 10 oz of water immediately afterwards.
