Bentonite Clay has been used for around the world for millennia for health and purification.

For internal use Bentonite clay must be hydrated into a liquid colloidal state. Our thickly concentrated Hydrated Liquid Bentonite blended with Arise & Shine’s Psyllium Husk Powder or Gourmet Psyllium and distilled water, defines our cleansing shake. Suggested Intake: Use 1 tablespoon of Hydrated Bentonite with 2 teaspoons of Psyllium Husk Powder in 10 ounces of water or juice. Shake well.
