Ingredients: Apple Pectin, Bamboo Powder, Beet Powder, 3 grams of fiber per serving (1.7 grams soluble, 1.3 grams insoluble)

Contains no yeast, wheat, corn, rye, soy, gluten, salt, sugar, dairy, animal products, binders, fillers or artificial ingredients.

Serving Size: 1 heaping teaspoon (approx 4 gms)

Form: Powder

Suggested Intake: Mix 1 heaping teaspoon with 10oz of water or juice, twice daily.

Other Serving Suggestions: Add directly to foods as you are cooking and/or baking, try it in yogurt or your morning coffee. For best results, use in moist foods or recipes.
