Suggested Intake:
To make the cleansing shake, add 1 tablespoon Hydrated Bentonite and 10 oz water to a shaker jar, shake gently until mixed. Then add 2 level teaspoons Gourmet Psyllium Husk Powder and shake vigorously until thoroughly blended. Drink immediately, as the shake will thicken. Drink an additional 10 oz of water immediately afterwards.

As a drink, mix two level teaspoons thoroughly with 10 oz of your favorite juice or water and drink immediately.
