Directions for Use: Try It Hot... Add 1 heaping tablespoon to 8oz of simmering water OR 4 heaping tablespoons to a quart of simmering water. Let simmer 5 - 20 minutes, depending upon desired strength.

Or Iced... Follow the directions above, then allow to cool in fridge or by adding ice. Add fresh lemon, mint or natural sweetener for added flavor.
