U.S Domestic Online Orders: Online orders are processed via our secure, encrypted, shopping cart. Once your orders are processed, you can expect shipment within 72 hours. You'll receive an e-mail notification and invoice of your order immediately upon completion.

Domestic Phone Orders: Should you need to place an order by phone, please call:1-800-688-2444. Customer Care will process and ship your order, for all in-stock items within 72 hours. Orders placed late on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

International Orders:
Special note to our friends in Canada: From time to time we have found that shipping costs from Oregon to Canada are not correctly calculated. This is due to complications between weights and volumes in the calculations. When this occurs, we will call you with the actual shipping cost before we make the correction to your total charges. Shipping dietary supplements is problematic due to a variety of changing factors. Please contact us for information regarding shipments to your country. Please note: if your order is refused by you or by customs going into your country, we will not be able to refund shipping charges. We will refund product charges only after customs has returned the order to us.

*Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS or Express International. Orders to all other countries are shipped via UPS, or US Postal Service.

Shipping & Returns:

Shipping: We ship 90% of our domestic orders via UPS. All orders are insured. Orders going to a P.O. Box must ship USPS, and special orders over a certain weight ship via alternative methods. We use LIVE UPS and USPS Rates. When ordering online, please select your shipping option during checkout.

Returns: We will gladly accept returns due to our error. Notify us within ten days of receipt of goods. No returns are accepted without prior authorization or after 30 days. Sorry, we can not accept returns on books.

Please Note: You must call our Customer Service Department at

The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package being returned, and the package must be received in our office within 30 days of our shipping date. All items are guaranteed against manufacturers defects. Unwanted items must be returned unopened and in resalable condition within the 30 day time period and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Online Payment: We offer secure, encrypted, online transactions.
The credit card CVV2 number requested in the check-out process is offered for your protection. This means you must have the credit card in your possession to make a purchase. This number is not stored.
The CVV2 is: the 3 digit number on the right side of the back of your credit card.
