Important notice to our European customers : 
EUROPEAN Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products Directive: Arise and Shine will continue to export products to approved European countries, including the UK. We will market our products as food supplements (to maintain health) following the guidelines of the directive making no claims other than those authorized under the health claims regulation.
 
Arise and Shine cannot ship to the following countries, as well as a few others, due to issues with strict import regulations within each country. We do, however, partner with distributors* located in Europe and other locations. Each distributor is an authorized representative of Arise and Shine products and can ship to these countries directly: Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Russia, Poland, Turkey or Slovenia. *Please contact us for a list of these distributors.
 
International customers : 
All orders outside of the USA and Canada must be placed by phone or email.

Important information for ALL international customers, including Canada.
  • Recipient is responsible for all taxes, and/or brokerage charges that
    may be imposed by their country.
  • For an exact cost of these fees please check with your local post office
    or customs office.
  • If you refuse your order or if customs holds your order your final refund will be the amount of the products less the charges imposed to return the products to us.
  • Shipping nutritional supplements is problematic due to a variety of changing factors. Please contact us for information regarding shipments to your country.
  • When submitting your address please be sure that you double-check your information.  We are not responsible for any errors in your address,
    including postal code.     
*Canadian Online Orders:  
Due to complications between weights and volumes in the calculations we occasionally find that shipping costs from Oregon to Canada are not correctly calculated through the online ordering system.  If this occurs, we will call you with the actual shipping cost before we make the correction to your total charges.  

*Please Note that the total on the checkout page does not include any taxes and/or fees that may be required by Canadian inspections.  If you have any questions about shipping costs or return policy, please call us at 1.541.282.0891.  

International Shipping:
  • When ordering online, please select your shipping option during checkout.
  • *Orders are shipped via UPS™ Standard or Expedited (delivery within 5-10 business days) or USPS (US Mail delivery 5-10 business days). 
  • If you prefer an alternate method of shipping please contact our international desk at 1.541.282.0891 x211.
Returns:  
  • Notify us within ten days of receipt of goods.
  • No returns are accepted without prior authorization or after 30 days.
  • We do no accept returns on books.
Online Payment:
  • We offer secure, encrypted, online transactions.
  • The credit card CVV2 number requested in the checkout
    process is offered for your protection.
  • This number is not stored.
